Impossible Chicken Cordon Bleu
This classic French recipe gets a plant-based twist.
Ingredients
9 each Impossible™ ground chicken
1/2 cup Tomato, Sun-dried
1 sprig Basil, Fresh
2 cup Spinach, Baby
1 cup Onion, large
Steps
- Spread Impossible chicken on cling wrap.
- Spread sundried tomatoes on Impossible chicken.
- Sprinkle on sauteed chopped onions.
- Spread couple of basil leaves and a few spinach leaves.
- Roll the impossible chicken back in cylindrical shape.
- Cook it on the griddle on all sides.
- Serve hot.
