Chipotle Mexican Grill, recognizing that people might have fallen off the wellness bandwagon while self-quarantining, added new options to its line of Lifestyle Bowls. The new bowls were created by fitness trainers, athletes and nutritionists and made from existing Chipotle ingredients.
